InCoFab, Inc.

Company History

InCoFab Incorporated was started in 1981 following the closing of the H.P. Norling, Co. of Crystal Lake, Illinois.  Prior to Norling's closing I was with them from June 1969, through their closing in 1991, when I was vice president/general manager.  I purhased all their files and drawings along with most of their inventory and some of their equipment prior to setting up InCoFab, Inc. located in Wonder Lake, Illinois, with a mailing address of Fox River Grove, Illinois.

Mission
InCoFab manufactures ELECTRICAL RESISTANCE WIRE HEATERS for the Heading Industry with improvements to the cabinetry and some components.  We sell both new units and some rebuilt Norling units.  We also sell repair parts for both lines of heaters and offer a repair service for both lines of heaters.  The repairs are usually accomplished in our plant now located in Sarasota, Florida, since 1999.  Since the majority of Norling heaters were built in the 1960s we offer a trade-in allowance against the purchase of a new InCoFab heater.  We also offer additional discounts for multiple unit purchases during the same calendar year (Jan. 1 through Dec. 31) and for payment-in-full for the unit(s) upon order placement.

In addition to the wire heaters we manufacture CONTROL PANELS to customer specifications.  We have made panels for a major seal manufacturer and for a major solvent cleaning company along with other smaller companies.  We also make a line of TEST WIRES for the testing of FLUX in continuous caster mills.
